1. TV - Used only for web shop clients. Not applicable for shop clients.

2. PAYOUT - This option is used to payout tickets. Press the PAYOUT button and the following screen will appear:

Please insert the ticket number into the
marked field. (It is recommended to use
a barcode scanner to scan the number
from the ticket)

After scanning, the result is shownb (WIN or NO WIN):
 
ATENTION: All winning tickets must be scanned before paying money to the client, 
otherwise no correct settlement can be done! Open PAYOUT might be added to your invoice.


3. CANCEL - This button is used to cancel a ticket created by mistake.

After cancelling the ticket, the following screen will appear:

ATTENTION:  The ticket can be cancelled only before the game starts.
 
4. BOOKKEEPING Press the button to access local settlement functions:

There are 2 settlement roles to be performed locally:
 
STAFF
to reset amounts from last STAFF to next STAFF settlement
(should be used at the end of the day / shift)

MASTER
to reset all amounts from last MASTER to current MASTER settlement, including all STAFF settlements.
 
Please contact your local support for obtaining the passwords.
 
After inserting the correct password the following image will appear:

From period;
To period;
Total In: total bet amount;
Total out: total amount paid out to clients;
Shop Jackpot1: payout from local jackpot win;
Global Jackpot1: payout from corporate jackpot win;
Reversal: the amount of cancelled tickets;
Balance: the amount that should be in the cash drawer;
Total open2: tickets which are not paid out.
1 The jackpot is optional or might not be available in your country
2 Total open should normally be 0 unless you don’t pay out winning tickets.
 

5. OPTIONS button will display the following:
· The current language;
· Used currency;
· Logged-in username, which the employee uses to log into the system;
· Credit amount available.
